One fair price, agreed first
We look at the job, tell you what it costs, and agree that price with you before any work starts. Not a range, and not a 'starting at'.

No surprise add-ons
The price we agree is the price on the bill. If we find something else while we are there, we stop and tell you, and nothing extra happens unless you say yes.

Real plumbing without the big-company price
No call centre, no sales script and no showroom to pay for. You get a plumber who does the work properly and charges a fair price for it.

Local and owner-run
Based in Bulls Gap and working the towns around it. When you call, you are talking to the business that will do the job.
Why we say the pricing part out loud
It is common in this trade to show up with three options, a basic one, a recommended one and a premium one, priced so the middle looks like the sensible choice.
We do not work that way. You get one price for the work that needs doing. If there is a cheaper way to solve your problem, we will tell you what it is. If something cannot be known until we open something up, we say so before we start, not after.
